Suitable for both 4x4 vehicles and utility use, it features a planetary gear train with a gear ratio of 236:1, an impressive 12,000-LB pull rating, an efficient 6.6 horsepower series wound motor, and 86-feet of durable 3/8" Helandinima winch rope.

The FY12000 winch is designed to fit most any 4x4 vehicle, as well as trailers, RVs, and similarly sized vehicles. Its ease of use also makes it an excellent utility winch. Along with its powerful features, the winch also boasts the reliability of a planetary gear train.

Additional features of the FY12000 include a lever action freespooling clutch, allowing users to quickly disengage the motor and manually draw out as much winch rope as needed, at any time. It also comes with a standard heavy-duty power-coated roller fairlead (mounting plate sold separately) and a heavy-duty latched hook with thimble.

Rugcel has used a new spray technology to give the FY12000 winch a more textured surface, and the pure copper motors have the characteristics of high magnetic inductive melting point, high temperature resistance, strong power, safe work, and high efficiency.

The new control box features contactors that resist arching when switching currents, preventing them from fusing together and creating a closed circuit, which could potentially damage the winch or vehicle and cause serious injury to the operator.

The FY12000 winch also features a new three-stage planetary system, enabling differential, deceleration (growth), reversal, and more. The combined use of multiple groups of planetary wheel systems can achieve a very large speed ratio, which can result in coaxial deceleration (growth).
